Four of Sunset World Group’s most popular resorts have received RCI (Resort Condominiums International) awards for 2021, demonstrating the company’s importance in the vacation ownership sector.
Last year, the RCI Gold Crown awards went to Hacienda Tres Rios, Sunset Fisherman, Sunset Marina, and Sunset Royal, with Sunset Marina and Sunset Royal also receiving the Excellence in Service and All-Inclusive Premier accolades. Since their separate beginnings, all four of these resorts have achieved the Gold Crown award every year.
The Excellence in Service award is given to who provide exceptional service to vacationers, whilst the All-Inclusive Premier award is given to high-quality food. These honors are bestowed based on the results of surveys sent to visitors following their visits. In these surveys, cleanliness, facilities, upkeep, amenities, and services are all taken into account. From September 2020 to September 2021, the results for the 2021 awards were compiled.
RCI’s requirements for great quality and service determine Gold Crown honors, with the Service Excellence award granted solely to the properties with the highest ratings.
